Rich in magnesium and potassium, research suggests that it can act as a protective barrier while eliminating the toxic substances our skin is exposed to. Softens skin and has a soothing effect. It is used for balancing surface oil by absorbing excess oils on the skin.
 
Ashwagandha is deeply cleansing, moisturising and calming. It increases cellular energy of the skin, boosting and brightening complexion. It is extremely hydrating and rejuvenating, controlling collagen depletion, smoothing fine lines and reducing inflammation.
 
Frankincense – Rejuvenating and invigorating complexion, it helps to close pores and tone skin. Healing, soothing and calming, Frankincense oil is an anti-inflammatory and may help sore joints, reduce pain and increase movement. It can lift spirits, increase energy and focus, and aid meditation.
